October 2026 Fisheries Professionals Licensure Examination Results

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on October 6, 2026 that 1,816 out of 2,631 examinees passed the October 2026 Fisheries Professionals Licensure Examination (FPLE), a passing rate of 69.02%. The examination was held October 1–2 in 16 testing centers nationwide. The result of one examinee was withheld pending final determination under PRC rules.

Topnotchers and top-performing schools

PRC published separate announcements on October 9: official top placers and ranking document and top-performing schools and full performance list. PRC recognized ten schools with at least 30 examinees and a passing rate of at least 80%. Use the linked official documents for exact rankings and school names.

Initial registration and oathtaking

Starting December 1, 2026, successful examinees can register online for their professional ID and certificate through PRC LERIS. PRC instructs registrants to bring a screenshot of the system-generated registration form and a valid government-issued ID; successful examinees must register personally and sign the roster. The oathtaking date and venue have not yet been announced.
