DepEd Early Registration 2024

DepEd will conduct the early registration for SY 2024-2025 from January 27-February 23, 2024.

All incoming Kindergarten, Grades 1, 7, and 11 in public elementary and secondary schools shall pre-register to allow the Department to make necessary preparations and incoming plans for the coming school year.

They will start the whole month with activities to ensure that every incoming student will be registered this school year to prepare the Department for possible issues and problems with the registration process; this is in connection with the DepEd Order No.3, s. 2018, the Basic Education Enrollment policy.

All Grades 2-6, 8-10, and 12 are considered pre-registered, and no need to join the early registration. Early registration is being implemented in all public schools while it is optional to private schools but it is the mandate of private schools to enforce the guidelines of Kindergarten cut-off age under the DO No. 20, s. 2018.

Daily updating or encoding in the Early Registration facility in the Learner Information System (LIS) shall be done by every school using the school head or administrator account. Schools shall utilize the Modified Basic Education Enrollment Form (electronic or printed copies) to ensure that the necessary information in registering incoming Kindergarten, Grades 1, 7, and 11 learners and other data such as preferred learning modality are obtained properly

The campaign for early registration is to ensure the rights of all school-aged students to register and give them quality education that they can afford and within their reach in their freedom for basic education.
