Room assignments and exam-day reminders
Check the official PRC room assignments for your assigned venue and any testing-center advisory. Review your Notice of Admission (NOA), PRC’s exam program, permitted calculator rules, identification requirements, and arrival instructions before the examination. Specific permitted materials may change by exam program.
Qualifications and application requirements
Eligibility and documentary requirements are governed by the Chemistry Profession Act (Republic Act No. 10657) and PRC Board of Chemistry rules. Applicants should verify the latest LERIS application checklist, required education and internship or training documentation where applicable, transcript of records, civil-registry documents, photo specifications, and examination fees before filing. Do not rely on an old year’s checklist.
Subjects and coverage
The exam assesses core chemistry competencies, including analytical, organic, inorganic, physical chemistry and related professional subjects. Exact subject groupings, weights, timetable, and allowed reference materials should be taken from the PRC-issued program for the particular examination; consult the official PRC downloads rather than an unofficial reviewer.

Next exam cycle
No second regular Chemists exam appears in the 2026 PRC calendar (Resolution No. 2113, s. 2025) after October. As of October 19, 2026, PRC has not yet posted its 2027 schedule of licensure examinations, so the next Chemists exam date is not yet known. This guide will be updated with the next exam dates and filing period once PRC publishes them.
