GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR APPOINTMENT TO JAIL OFFICER 1

• A Citizen of the Republic of the Philippines;
• A Person of Good Moral Character;
• Must possess a Baccalaureate Degree from a
  recognized institution of learning
• Must possess appropriate eligibility (Second Level
  eligibilities: CSE-Professional, RA 1080, Penology
  Officer Examination, PD 907 Honor Graduate Eligibility
  and MARINA eligibility.)
• Must not have been convicted by Final Judgement of
  an offense or crime involving moral turpitude
• Must not have been dishonorably discharged or
  dismissed for a cause from previous employment.
• Must not be less than Twenty-one (21) nor more than
  Thirty (30) years of age.
• Must be at least 1.57m in Height for Male and 1.52m in
  Height for Female.
• Must be physically and mentally fit for rigid training.

J. Original Valid Clearances from Permanent Address (NBI, Police,
Barangay, MTC, RTC, & Prosecutor’s)
K. Original PNP Directorate for Intelligence Clearance
L. Original Valid Community Tax Certificate
M. Original certificate/s of previous & present employment (if any)
N. Original certificate/s of Seminars/Trainings completed (if any)
O. Original Marriage Certificate (if married)
P. Original Certificate of Confirmation from NCIP/NCMF (if applicable)
