What is Virtual Pag-IBIG?
Virtual Pag-IBIG provides online services to its members anytime, anywhere with the use of either a smartphone or a laptop and an internet connection. It is not only safe but also hassle-free since you can access it from the comfort of your home. It also has a chat service with a Lingkod Pag-ibig service representative.
Members who register in Virtual Pag-ibig has added services which include viewing your Savings Records, loan records (payments made and the outstanding balance of your Housing, Multi-Purpose, or Calamity Loans); and your account balance and transaction history of your Loyalty Card Plus (currently available for cards issued by Asia United Bank).
What services does the Virtual Pag-IBIG offer?
You can enjoy the following services via Virtual Pag-IBIG online.
a. Register as a Pag-IBIG Fund member and get your permanent Membership ID (MID)Number;
b. Top-Up your Pag-IBIG Regular Savings;
c. Open a Pag-IBIG MP2 Savings Account;
d. Save in the Pag-IBIG MP2 Savings or
e. View your Savings Records
f. Apply for a Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL)
g. Apply for Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan (for members whose area of residence is declared under a state of calamity)
h. Pay your Pag-IBIG Fund loans (Housing, Multi-Purpose, and Calamity Loans);
i. Check your loan status (Housing, Multi-Purpose, and Calamity Loans);
j. View your loan records (payments made and the outstanding balance of your Housing, Multi-Purpose, or Calamity Loans);
k. Apply for Interest-Rate Repricing on your Housing Loan;
l. View the account balance and transaction history of your Loyalty Card Plus (currently available for cards issued by Asia United Bank); and
m. Chat with a Lingkod Pag-IBIG, 24/7, to help you learn more about your Pag-IBIG Fund benefits.
How to register on Virtual Pag-ibig online?
- Visit the pag-ibig fund website by clicking this link www.pagibigfund.gov.ph then click on the Virtual Pag-IBIG button on the main menu. Alternatively, you can go directly to virtual pag-ibig registration site by cklicking this link www.pagibigfundservices.com/virtualpagibig/.
- Tick the Data Privacy and click Proceed.
- In the dashboard, click the “create Account” button.
- For members who have a loyalty card plus, choose the menu via loyalty card plus, if you don’t have the loyalty card plus choose the middle menu which is the the “Create and Activate your account online” option, and if you are an OFW, choose the “Account creation for OFW”.
For members with Loyalty Card Plus
Here are a few simple steps to create your Virtual Pag-IBIG account using your Loyalty Card Plus:
a. Go to www.pagibigfund.gov.ph and click Virtual Pag-IBIG on the menu bar;
b. Click “Create Account”;
c. Choose “Via your Loyalty Card Plus;”
d. Enter the following information:
• Pag-IBIG Fund Membership ID (MID) Number
• Bank which issued your Loyalty Card Plus
• Last four (4) digits of your card number found at the reverse side of your Loyalty Card Plus
e. Input the One-Time Pin (OTP) sent to your mobile phone and proceed;
f. Enter the following information:
• Email Address
• Three (3) security questions and answers to help you retrieve your password in the event you forget this in the future
g. Receive confirmation and your temporary password via your email; and
h. Create your new password and log in to start enjoying the full range of services of Virtual Pag-IBIG
For members without the Loyalty card plus
Create your Virtual Pag-IBIG account safely and conveniently by following these simple steps:
a. Go to www.pagibigfund.gov.ph and click on Virtual Pag-IBIG on the menu bar;
b. Click “Create Account;”
c. Choose “Create and Activate your account online”;
d. Enter the following information:
• Pag-IBIG Fund Membership ID (MID) Number
• Complete name
• Date of birth
• Mobile phone number
e. Input the One-Time Pin (OTP) sent to your mobile phone and proceed;
f. Enter the following information:
• Email Address
• Three (3) security questions and answers to help you retrieve your password in the event you forget this in the future
• Mother’s Maiden Name
• Place of Birth
g. Upload a photo of your passport or two (2) government-issued identification cards;
h. Upload a selfie while holding at least one (1) of the identification cards you submitted;
i. Receive an SMS confirming that you have successfully created your Virtual Pag-IBIG account;
j. Expect an SMS over the next few days informing you that your Virtual Pag-IBIG account has been activated; and
k. Please remember to immediately change your temporary password to protect your Virtual Pag-IBIG account.
For OFW members
If you are an OFW, currently abroad or at sea, you can easily create your Virtual Pag-IBIG account with these simple steps:
a. Log on to www.pagibigfund.gov.ph and click on Virtual Pag-IBIG;
b. Click “Create Account”;
c. Choose “Account Creation for OFWs”;
d. Enter the following information:
• Pag-IBIG Fund Membership ID (MID) Number
• Complete name
• Date of birth
• Philippine mobile phone number
e. Input the One-Time Pin (OTP) sent to your mobile phone and proceed;
f. Enter the following information:
• Country of Assignment
• Email Address
• Three (3) security questions and answers to help you retrieve your password in the event you forget this in the future
• Mother’s Maiden Name
• Place of Birth
g. Upload a photo of your passport or two (2) valid primary identification cards;
h. Upload your picture holding at least one (1) of identification cards you submitted;
i. Receive an SMS confirming that you have successfully created your Virtual Pag-IBIG account; and
j. Expect an SMS over the next few days informing you that your Virtual Pag-IBIG account has been activated; and
k. Please remember to immediately change your temporary password to protect your Virtual Pag-IBIG account.
