LTFRB issues QR code for Public Utility Jeepney PUJ in order for them to resume their operation. In accordance with MC 2020-026, no special permit is needed for PUJ operators and drivers.
How to get the LTFRB QR code for Jeepney?
1.Go to any of the links mentioned below:

d. http://ltfrb.gov.ph/qr-codes/puj-service-_-d/
2. Search for your QR information using the search box. Input your name. If you have seen names the same as yours, you can look for the case, or plate/chassis in the absence of a plate).
3. The system will show the Page and Batch File that corresponds to the unit’s QR code.
4. Click the Batch File and take note of the PAGE number of the respective unit.
5. You may download and print the QR Code. Present for inspection if necessary.
The LTFRB opened 49 routes for over 6,000 traditional jeepney units. The Quick Response (QR) code is needed as proof that they are allowed to operate. Only jeepneys that are roadworthy based on the Land Transportation Office’s assessment will be allowed to operate.
