PhilHealth offers online services for its members. You will be able to see your contributions online, get an MDR or Members Data Record, etc. No need to go to the PhilHealth office just to get it. All you need is an internet connection.
What is an MDR?
MDR is an acronym for Member Data Record. It is needed especially if you need to claim your hospitalization benefits. This will serve as proof that you are indeed a member and are entitled to the benefits.
This document usually consists of member’s information, name of employer (if employed), beneficiaries and your payment information.
How to Get an MDR Online?
1. Register for an Account
Firstly, you need to have an Online Account. To register, Go to this link. Afterwards, Click the register button found. See the photo below.
2. Fill out the required information
After Clicking the register button, a form will be shown on your computer. You need to fill it out. Always double check the information you entered.
Tip: Remember the Answer on the security Questions you choose. You need it when signing in.
3. Check the Confirmation message on your Email address
A confirmation message will be sent to your email address. Thus, make sure to have an active email account. I always recommend putting google mail or yahoo mail. If you did not receive it in your inbox, you can check for it in spam.
Then, click the link and activate your account to complete your registration.
4. Log in with your pin and password
The confirmation message you received has on it your pin and password. Use that to log in to your account. After successfully logging in to your account you will see your profile.
5. Print MDR
In your profile, you will see your information. At the bottom, there is MDR printing written. Just click that and you will be able to see your MDR record. You can print a copy anytime if you need it.
