Who can take the Forester Licensure Examination?

Applicants must meet the educational and eligibility rules set by the Professional Regulatory Board for Foresters and PRC. Confirm the current degree title, good-moral-character requirement, and documentary checklist on LERIS and in PRC’s official list of requirements before you book an appointment.

How to apply through PRC LERIS

  1. Visit PRC LERIS and create an account or sign in.
  2. Select the Professional Foresters licensure examination, testing center, and schedule.
  3. Complete your profile, upload the required photo, and follow the payment and appointment instructions.
  4. Submit supporting documents at the designated PRC office within the application period.
  5. Keep your Notice of Admission and follow PRC examination-day instructions.

PRC requires licensure examination applications to be filed through LERIS. The documentary checklist and fees shown during application take precedence over unofficial guides.

Subjects and exam program

Download the official Professional Foresters Licensure Examination program from the PRC downloads page. That program is the authority for subject coverage, day schedule, permitted materials, and instructions. Prepare using the current syllabus covering forestry fundamentals, forest management, protection, utilization, and related laws as listed in the program.
