How to send money on Palawan Pera Padala?

  1. Visit any Palawan Pawnshop branch or Palawan Express Pera Padala outlet nearest to you.
  2. Fill out the Send Money Form that will require you to provide a complete Sender’s Name, Sender’s Mobile Number, complete Receiver’s Name, Receiver’s Mobile Number, Purpose of Transaction, and Relationship to Receiver.
  3. Place the accomplished Send Money Form and valid ID on the tray provided at the branch counter before handing it to the branch associate.
  4. They will call out names to process the transaction. Wait for your name to be called before paying the principal remittance and the corresponding amount of the fee.
  5. Sign and receive your copy of the computer-generated Send Money Form.
  6. You will receive a text message notifying you that the remittance is ready to be claimed.

How to Claim Palawan Padala?

  1. Go to any Palawan Pawnshop or Palawan Express Pera Padala branch.
  2. Fill out the Receive Money Form with your complete name (as the receiver), the sender’s complete name, PEPP transaction code, remittance amount, your relationship to the sender, and the purpose of the transaction.
  3. Place the Receive Money Form and your valid ID on the provided tray, then hand it out to the teller.
