𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜: 24 hours of training preferably in call center operations, data analysis, program/project management, and/or monitoring and evaluation within the last five (5) years.

Under minimal supervision and in accordance with prescribed standards, responsible for handling the overall operations and monitoring the targets and accomplishments of the Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB); conducts an in-depth analysis of CCB data and makes evidence-based recommendations; and prepares regular reports, statistics, and success stories.
